Denisha Tate-McAlister was named to the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) Board of Trustees.
Tate-McAlister is an award-winning leader with 20 years of executive experience. She is the founder and lead consultant at Denisha Tate & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm where she is a leadership trainer and speaker to various organizations who focuses on strategic planning, staff development, systems improvement and culture change. She formerly was an executive with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and has served in roles such as vice president, chief operations officer and chief strategic officer throughout her career. Tate-McAlister has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
