What has fueled your company’s growth? A business model focused on adding value to a specific customer profile taken to market by a superb sales force and operations team. The discipline to pass on opportunities that offer short term gain but violate our business model.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? It can be a challenge finding the unique technical/ engineering talent in people that fit with our environment.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? Always … Continued investment in our ability to add value to our customers — future and present.
