American Realty Capital, a New York-based real estate investment trust (REIT), recently purchased the 7,609-square-foot retail building at 2070 Miller Park Way, West Milwaukee, from N3 Capital for $2.66 million, or about $350 per square foot. The building is occupied by Firestone Complete Auto Care, which will remain there. N3 Capital was represented by Joseph Caputo of EXP Realty Advisors in brokering the sale.
