Deal of the Week: Manufacturer buys Sheboygan building for $3.5 million

Torginol Inc. recently purchased the 108,000-square-foot building at 4617 S. Taylor Dr., Sheboygan, from DeZwarte Properties Limited Partnership.

The sale price was not disclosed, however the building was listed for sale for $3.5 million.

Bob Flood of RFP Commercial represented the buyer and seller in brokering the sale.

Torginol, currently located in a 40,000-square-foot facility in Sheboygan Falls, needs more space and will move its operations to the Sheboygan building. Alumaroll Specialty Co. Inc., which makes sliding screen doors, recently moved out of the building to another nearby building.
