Deal of the Week: East North Avenue building sold for $1.2 million

Wauwatosa-based Wangard Partners recently purchased the two-story, 10,300-square-foot building at 1930 E. North Ave. on Milwaukee’s East Side from Westbury Bank for $1.2 million. The 47-year-old building is home to the OnMilwaukee.com offices. Steve Anderson and Adam Williquette of Anderson Commercial Group represented Westbury Bank and Andy Stefanich of CB Richard Ellis represented Wangard Partners in brokering the deal. The sale price was well over the $746,000 assessed value of the property, according to city records. The bank’s original asking price for the  building was $995,000, Williquette said. “We had three buyers competing for the property within a week of the listing,” he said.
