Deal of the Week: Diversey distribution center sold for $23.7 million

Oak Brook, Ill.-based CenterPoint Properties recently purchased 552,000-square-foot Diversey Inc. distribution center at 901 Renaissance Blvd. in Sturtevant sold recent for $23.7 million from Malvern, Pa.-based Liberty Property Trust.

Elmwood Park, N.J.-based Sealed Air Corp., a packaging company and the maker of Bubble Wrap, recently agreed to purchase Diversey for about $2.9 billion in cash and stock. That deal is unrelated to the sale of the Diversey distribution center in Sturtevant said Neal Driscoll, vice president of leasing and development for Liberty Property Trust.
