Bentley World-Packaging Ltd. recently leased 162,000 square feet of industrial space at 10001 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, from F.M. Real Estate Company LLC.
Bentley was represented by Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry and F.M. Real Estate Company was represented by Sam Dickman Jr. and Sam Dickman Sr. of The Dickman Company Inc. in brokering the lease.
Bentley is leasing the space primarily for a packaging operation for work that it will do for Oshkosh Corp., which has recently received several large contracts from the U.S. Military, Barry said.
