Mt. Pleasant industrial properties sold
Fort Madison, Iowa-based M.T. Co. LLC purchased a 150,000-square-foot industrial building at 3535 Oakes Road, Mt. Pleasant, for $5.486 million from the Estate of Alan J. Sapko. M.T. Co. also purchased an adjacent 25-acre parcel of land for $568,613 from Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. M.T. Co. was represented by Jason Frederick of The Boerke Company, the estate of Alan Sapko was represented by Frederick and Kevin Riordan of The Boerke Company and Continental Properties was represented by Pete Slezak of Cassidy Turley Barry in brokering the sales. M.T. Co. recently moved its operations from another location on Highway 11 and consolidated in the Oakes Road facility, where it mounts tires for CNH Case New Holland, which has its facility next door, Frederick said. The company purchased the adjacent 25-acre parcel for future expansion, Frederick said.
