Wauwatosa apartment building sold for $1.675 million
7900 Harwood LLC recently purchased a 24 unit apartment complex at 7900 Harwood Ave., Wauwatosa, for $1,675,000 from Harwood Place Associates LLP. The building is located near Wauwatosa’s downtown village area. The sale was brokered by Larry Balistreri of Milwaukee-based Louis Gral Investment Real Estate Inc.
