Burghardt Sporting Goods buys building for screen printing

Burghardt Sporting Goods Inc. recently purchased a 10,000-square-foot flex building at 12615-21 W. Custer Ave., Butler, from MPP Properties for $495,000.
MPP Properties was represented by Adam Matson and Barry Chavin of NAI MLG Commercial and Burghardt was represented by John Packee in brokering the deal.
Burghardt Sporting Goods, located at 14660 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, will move its screen printing division to the Butler building, which will allow it to its expand its retail space in the Capitol Drive building.
The Butler building has a tenant occupying 4,000 square feet. Burghardt will use the remaining 6,000 square feet of space.
