Cudahy industrial building sold for $6.4 million
Oak Brook, Ill.-based Centerpoint Properties recently purchased the 151,064-square-foot Mitchell Distribution Center, located at 5150 S. International Drive in Cudahy from Malvern, Pa.-based real estate investment trust (REIT) Liberty Property Trust for $6.4 million.
The facility is fully leased to Rexnord Industries. Scott Revolinski and Ben Adank of RFP Commercial brokered the sale for the buyer and the seller. The building is located near the end of the Lake Parkway.
