Deal of the Week

ADE Electronics Corp. recently purchased a 29,000-square-foot industrial building at N48 W13334 Hampton Road, Menomonee Falls, from Oldcastle Glass Inc. NAI MLG Commercial brokers Adam Matson and Stephen Provancher represented Oldcastle Glass and James Young of Colliers Barry represented ADE Electronics in brokering the deal. ADE Electronics will move its operations from 6255 Industrial Ct., Greendale, to the Menomonee Falls building. ADE Electronics specializes in contract electronics manufacturing of "build-to-print" electro-mechanical products. Oldcastle Glass, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Dublin, Ireland-based CRH plc., which is a multi-national company specializing in the supply of architectural glass and aluminum glazing systems. The company is in the process of consolidating some of its locations, in the name of efficiency, and this is one of the few properties that were slated for sale. The company’s Menomonee Falls operation has been moved to Wausau.
