Excercise 3 to 5 days per week. Alternate with running, swimming and biking.

It has increased the awareness of fitness with my family and friends. It is also a great topic of discussion with customers.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
My motivation is increased during the work day and it has decreased my sick time.

No

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
I believe that it reduces injuries in the work place if one is in good physical condition.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
You need to set goals for the number of times you are going to exercise during the week, and it is acceptable to block out that time in your schedule. Both you and the company will benefit from your physical fitness.
