Weights several times a week plus some aerobic activity at least once a week.

Do not. Have workout facility on premises of employer.

Keeps me more disciplined.

I think it keeps me more alert, more energetic and more focused.

Yes

We do not. Have an internal program.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
We have a workout facility on site with weights, treadmills, stairsteppers and men’s and women’s showers.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Find the time to commit to some type of fitness activity. It will pay off in a myriad of ways.
