WaterStone Bank, Waukesha, has promoted David Provancher to senior vice president, chief lending officer.
The chief lending officer oversees the sales process of WaterStone Bank’s lending areas while continuing to develop and enforce the bank’s loan policies. Provancher joined WaterStone in October 2010 as chief credit officer where he evolved the bank’s credit department. He earned his MBA in finance from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and his B.A. in economics and management and French from Beloit College.
Prior to joining WaterStone, Provancher worked as vice president and business credit center manager at M&I Bank. A resident of Whitefish Bay, he is an active member of WBD Inc., based in Madison, where he serves on the board.
