Schenck SC is pleased to announce Mark Diederich, CPA; Phil Klemme, CPA; and Dan Schwarz, CPA, have recently been named shareholders of the organization.
Schwarz has more than 15 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to a wide variety of businesses. In addition to leading audit engagements, he is also experienced in internal audit and control reviews, risk assessments, SOC reviews, due diligence and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.
He helps his clients work through the challenges facing their businesses—finding answers to audit or accounting issues, planning for the future and lending his expertise to help them better their business.
Schwarz has been with Schenck since 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
