Curtis Industries acquires California firm

Curtis Industries, a Milwaukee-based division of Powers Holdings, announced it has acquired Tri-Mag, Inc., which manufactures standard and customized power supplies.

Curtis Industries, which has been operating since 1933, manufactures customized and standard terminal blocks, RFI filters and other electrical components in Milwaukee and Nogales, Mexico. Tri-Mag, based in Visalia, Calif., brings to Curtis its full line of power supplies and DC-DC converters. The company’s line of EMI/RFI filters augments Curtis’ line of filters and terminal blocks. “

We’re excited to add Tri-Mag’s new lines to the Curtis family of products,” said Steven Powers, president of Curtis Industries. “Their reputation for quality is on a par with ours, and their electrical power supplies make a perfect fit with our lines of electrical components.”
