Brian Shecterle, a Culver’s franchisee, is discussing preliminary plans with Village of Elm Grove officials about redeveloping the former Pizzeria Uno restaurant building at 15280 W. Blue Mound Road. The Pizzeria Uno closed recently.
The Culver’s project would need to receive approval from village officials to add a drive-through window to the building.
Prairie du Sac-based Culver Franchising System Inc. has more than 400 restaurants in 18 states.
