Tucker, Ga.-based CSM Bakery Products informed the state Department of Workforce Development that it will close its plant at 7350 S. 10th St., Oak Creek, at the end of the year, putting 100 people out of work.
CSM Bakery Products has 14 manufacturing facilities. The company manufactures a wide range of bakery products and ingredients for in-store and foodservice markets as well as artisan and industrial bakeries.
The company’s parent company, CSM, is headquartered in Amsterdam and is the largest supplier of bakery products in the world.
