    STAG Capital Partners purchased a 261,560-square-foot manufacturing facility at 4077 N. 1st St., Milwaukee, as part of a sale-leaseback transaction with Bentley World Packaging Ltd. The building is 100 percent leased by Bentley.

    Adelman Cleaners purchased 15,765 square feet of space at 1001 S. 84th St., West Allis, from LVN Properties LLC.

    Glen Gorus Land Company LLC purchased 5,500 square feet of space at 5834 N. 97th St., Milwaukee, from Midwest Tops.

    OHM Redford LLC purchased 28,950 square feet of space at W229 N2494 Redford Way, Pewaukee, from DCM Properties.

    Chad Latvanito purchased 6,000 square feet of space at 9520 N. 107th St., Milwaukee, from Lannon Auto Service.

    Taco Bell purchased 36,786 square feet of space at Delavan Crossings in Delavan from Delavan Retail III.

    MLG Commercial

    High Point Commons LLC purchased 12 acres of residential property at the northwest corner of Silver Spring Drive and Lily Road in Menomonee Falls from six different sellers.

     

    NEW CONSTRUCTION

     

    Creative Constructors LLC, Menomonee Falls, recently completed the construction of the 4,800-square-foot Ruby Tuesday Restaurant at Park Place on the far northwest side of Milwaukee. Creative Constructors also recently completed the renovation of the former Giovanni’s Restaurant, at the southwest corner of Brady Street and Van Buren Avenue in Milwaukee, into a 4,848-square-foot multi-tenant retail center, which includes a DigiCopy store. Creative Constructors also recently completed interior finish-outs for multiple Starbucks Coffee Shop locations in Cedarburg, Sussex, Oshkosh and Wausau.

    Briohn Building Corp., Brookfield, recently completed construction of a 15,705-square-foot building for Rawson Contractors and Franklin Trucking in the new Commerce Centre at N48 W22953 Commerce Centre Drive, Town of Lisbon. Briohn also recently completed the design and construction of a 8,420-square-foot tenant improvement build-out for Losik Engineering in the Brookfield Towne Centre at 19035 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield.

    VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, is the general contractor for the 30,000-square-foot renovation of a building on West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee for WRTO/Big Step Inc.

    Jim Pankow Inc. has been awarded a Design/Build Contract with Globe Lanes Bowling Alley Bar & Grill in Random Lake. Globe Lanes was destroyed by fire in December. This new project will replace the old facility and will offer many improvements including additional bowling alleys.

     

    MEDC LOANS

     

    Hospitality Child Care Inc. received a $100,000 MEDC loan and $150,000 in additional financing to purchase the building at 6107 Leon Terrace, Milwaukee, to relocate and expand the day care center. The building is a two-story former four-unit apartment building that has been renovated for use as a day care center.

    Sightline LLC, 816 W. National Ave., Milwaukee, received a $80,000 MEDC loan and $120,000 in additional financing to purchase laser scanners.

    Hi Mount Investments LLC received a $92,000 MEDC loan and $138,000 in additional financing to purchase the Washington Heights Executive Center at 5027 W. North Ave. for the business of National Consulting LLC, which will occupy the entire first floor.
