Horizon Retail Construction, Inc., Sturtevant, has promoted Craig Ulrich from Senior Estimator to Vice President of Preconstruction. Ulrich has been a part of the Horizon team for 12 years and has more than 25 years of construction experience. In his new role, Ulrich will work with client accounts from day one of each agreement, representing Horizon during the preconstruction phase. Ulrich works out of the company’s headquarters in Sturtevant, WI.
