The airport parking spaces generate more than $27 million in revenue annually, according to the RFP, making each parking space worth more than $2,200 per year.

The vendor would be responsible for managing parking services within an approved budget, hiring parking staff, providing uniforms and paying operational expenses. The vendor will receive compensation and reimbursement for its services from the county.

The contract would cover a term of five years with the option of two additional one-year extensions available at the airport’s discretion.

In addition to managing parking operations, the vendor would be required to manage traffic control of ground transportation at the airport and operate twelve shuttle buses to its employee, Amtrak and remote parking lots.

Interested vendors can learn more about the request here or contact RFP Administrator Stephanie Gulizia at Milwaukee County’s Department of Administrative Services.
