Construction on a 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel has begun near Goerke’s Corners in the Town of Brookfield.
The Home2 Suites is scheduled to open in the fall of 2016 and will be managed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies.
Iowa-based Kinseth Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project Sept. 3.
The project is the second Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in the Milwaukee area. Middleton-based Raymond Management Company is building three-story, 110-room Home2 Suites hotel at 5880 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, near Mitchell International Airport, in 2015.
