St. Paul, Minn.-based CommonBond Communities plans to build a 30-unit, three-story, affordable senior housing complex at 7704 S. 51st St. in Franklin. The site for the building is adjacent to the 16-unit Franklin Woods condominium complex. The project was recently recommended for approval by the Franklin Plan Commission, but still needs approval from the full Common Council.
