Clorox warehouse sold for $64 million

    A new warehouse in south suburban University Park sold for more than $64 million last month in the biggest local sale of an industrial building since at least mid-2009.

    Meanwhile, a distribution company leased a building of more than 915,000 square feet in Tinley Park.

    CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust paid $64.3 million for a 1.35-million-square-foot warehouse in University Park leased to Clorox Co., according to Will County property records.
