City selling neighborhood posters

The City of Milwaukee is selling its historic neighborhood posters which were designed by graphic artist Jan Kotowics, starting in 1983. Over the next seven years, Kotowicz added 25 posters to the collection.

Posters are available at the department of city development website: http://www.mkedcd.org/posters/ for $3 a piece. The reverse side of each poster has the history of the neighborhood written by local historian John Gurda.
