City Electric Supply, an electrical wholesale business more than 1,259 locations around the world, plans to move its Kenosha location to Menomonee Falls.
City Electric Supply recently leased 5,200 square feet of space in Falls Commerce Center III at N56 W13605 Silver Spring Dr., Menomonee Falls, from Towne Investments. Brett Garceau and Barry Chavin of NAI MLG Commercial represented City Electric Supply and Curt Pitzen and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial represented Towne Investments in brokering the deal.
