Citizens Bank names new CFO, chief credit officer

Mukwonago-based Citizens Bank has named a new chief financial officer and chief credit officer.

Adam Raychel has been named senior vice president and CFO. He has 16 years of bank management experience. He has been with Citizens Bank for more than 8 years, previously serving as senior VP and chief credit officer. He worked for Park Bank from 2006-13

Frank Sterbin has been named chief credit officer of Citizens Bank. He has 20 years of banking experience. Previously, he was senior vice president of commercial lending for Town Bank.

Citizens Bank also announced that Ryan Lilly has been named first vice president – business banker.
