A 22,000-square-foot medical office building that would be occupied by a Children's Wisconsin clinic is planned for a 3.5-acre site at 5414 W. Rawson Ave. in Franklin. The site is located just west of the Sendik's Food Market grocery store northwest of Rawson Avenue and South 51st Street. It is the last undeveloped lot in the Sendik’s Commons Shopping Center. The developer for the medical office building project is Milwaukee-based ICAP Development. The Children's Wisconsin clinic is expected to have 48 employees and attract more than 240 visitors a day, according to information submitted by ICAP to the City of Franklin.
