The building, located at W185 N9590 Bancroft Drive along the south side of County Line Road on an outlot in front of the Crossroads Shopping Center, was purchased by Phoenix, Arizona-based Levine Investments Limited Partnership. The Menomonee Falls restaurant is one of 12 Chick-fil-A locations in southeastern Wisconsin.
