Chicago restaurant show pulls in more attendees, exhibitors

    The National Restaurant Association convention that ended Tuesday at McCormick Place posted increases in both attendees and exhibitors over last year, according to a release issued by the association.

    Attendance increased by more than 6 percent to more than 61,000 people and the square footage occupied by exhibitors increased by 5 percent to more than 540,000 square feet.
