Chicago-based law firm Johnson, Blumberg & Associates LLC recently opened an office at 633 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
Zilber Property Group, which owns the building, announced that the law firm has leased 1,409 square feet of office space there.
“Due to its contiued growth in the Midwest, Johnson, Blumberg & Associates LLC were looking to establish their first law office in Wisconsin. They wanted a centrally located office space to accomodate the expanding market as well as to meet the needs of their clients. Downtown Milwaukee was an ideal location for their new office,” Zilber Property Group said in a statement.
Lisa Braun and Jeff Kruesel of Zilber Property Group brokered the deal for the firm.
