A 6,000-square-foot home on Beaver Lake in the Village of Chenequa has been sold for $2.4 million, according to state records.

The 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits on a 2.4-acre site on Thompson Lane, according to Realtor.com. The property, which has 193 feet of lake frontage, has an assessed value of $2.1 million, according to Waukesha County records.

The home was sold by Nancy Beth Reiland of Milwaukee to Bruce G. and Sally J. Flunker. Bruce Flunker is the president of Glendale-based EBSO Inc.
