Irving, Texas-based restaurant chain Cheddar’s Casual Café Inc., plans to build a restaurant southeast of Highway 50 and 104th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie.
The site is next to an Olive Garden restaurant.
Cheddar’s has about 80 locations in the United States, but this would be the company’s first location in Wisconsin.
