A Dunkin Donuts restaurant will open in the Chase Tower at 111 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
The only other downtown Dunkin Donuts is at 622 W. Wisconsin Ave., on the west side of downtown.
Dunkin Donuts recently leased a 1,400-square-foot retail space next to the Wisconsin Avenue lobby of the 22-story Chase Tower building, which is located southwest of Wisconsin Avenue and Water Street.
Teresa Shemitis of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin brokered the lease for the owner of Chase Tower.
The building also has a Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and Café Dulce as retail tenants. The building still has 3,329 square feet of retail space available for lease, according to a Mid-America flyer.
