Gary Zimmerman and Stephanie Anderson open Creative Business Interiors in small Waukesha office with two office employees and two carpenters.

February 1, 1992
Creative Business Interiors relocates to the former Allis Chalmers office complex in West Allis. Creative adds staff designers, furniture installers and support staff.

August 1, 1992
Creative Business Interiors expands office space and continues to grow and hire staff.

October 1, 1992

Creative secures new building on 101st Street. Adds asset management to portfolio.

Creative closes on 101st Street building and begins the process of design and construction of a new corporate headquarters.

Madison office expands warehouse space.
