Cardinal Capital Management to build new HQ in West Allis

Cardinal Capital Management Inc., a housing development and management firm, recently began construction of a $2.25 million, 12,480-square-foot corporate headquarters office building at 901 S. 70 St. in West Allis.

The development will be located at the City’s corporate north gateway entrance on the west side of S. 70 St.  The site was an idle parking lot for the former Allis-Chalmers Mfg. Co.

“Cardinal Capital conducted an extensive search and found West Allis to best meet our long term needs.  West Allis offered a proven ability to meet our corporate needs to advance our growth,” said Erich Schwenker, president of Cardinal Capital Management Inc.

Cardinal Capital will be consolidating offices into the new building. The firm’s two current Milwaukee-area offices are located at the Honey Creek Corporate Center at 135 S. 84 St. in Milwaukee, and at 1126 S. 70 St. in West Allis.
