Oak Creek-based Joseph Campione Inc., a manufacturer of Italian bread products, recently purchased the former CSM Bakery Products building at 7350 S. 10th St. for $1.5 million, according to state records. The property sold for well below its assessed value of $2.7 million.
Tucker, Ga.-based CSM closed the Oak Creek plant in 2011. The 103,455-square-foot facility is located about four miles north of Joseph Campione’s 140,000-square-foot facility at 2201 W. Southbranch Blvd., Oak Creek.
