The ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey for the Milwaukee area in the first quarter of 2012 projects a net gain of 5 percent, as 16 percent of the employers expect to hire more employees, while 11 percent expect to reduce staff. Another 67 percent expect to maintain their current workforce levels, and 6 percent are not certain.
