Philanthropist Chris Abele picked up the endorsements of some key business leaders this week in his campaign to be the next Milwaukee County executive.
The Abele campaign announced his “Job Creators for Chris” steering committee.
“Our county faces huge financial challenges and I’m proud to have the early support of business leaders who will work with me to find the best ways to help business grow, create new jobs and make our county government more efficient by getting our finances under control,” Abele said. “I’m ready to work with everyone from Democrats and Republicans, to front-line workers and small business leaders to turn Milwaukee County around.”
