What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you? “Well, not really the funniest, but perhaps the most embarrassing… I was at my first job as an Occupational Therapist working at Milwaukee County Adolescent Center, and was in a conversation with an intern as we walked from one building to another. She was complaining about her supervisor, who had been there quite few years, and I was commiserating with her plight. I commented that her supervisor was kind of “old fashioned.” We walked into the next building and as we opened the door I realized the supervisor was right behind us! It was clear she had heard our entire conversation… Lesson learned: NEVER say anything about anybody you would not want them to overhear! Better yet, say something positive!”
