Dielectric bolsters management team
Menomonee Falls-based Dielectric Corp., a plastics and non-ferrous metals fabricator, has added new senior management to its team to guide the company’s growth in 2011.
Joining Dielectric as chief operating officer is Perry Pabich, who most recently served as vice president and general manager of the Material Handling division of Magnetek Inc. in Menomonee Falls.
Also joining the Dielectric team as chief financial officer is Todd Zimdars, who most recently served as controller at Criticare Systems in Waukesha.
Dielectric owner and chief executive officer Mike Esser said, "The addition of these individuals is key to managing and driving Dielectric’s growth from a largely regional business to one with significant global reach in the plastics and non- ferrous metals fabrication industry."
Walker announces senior-level staff
Governor-elect Scott Walker recently announced the members of his senior-level staff.
Eric Schutt will be Walker’s deputy chief of staff. Brian Hagedorn will be chief legal counsel. Ryan Murray will be Walker’s director of policy and legislative affairs. Chris Schrimpf will be Walker’s communications director.
Schutt was previously the vice president of state government affairs for UnitedHealth Group. He is also a longtime campaign aide who served in various roles including deputy campaign manager on Mark Green’s gubernatorial campaign in 2006 and campaign manager for Russ Darrow’s U.S. Senate campaign in 2004. He was the executive director of the state Republican Party in 2002. He has also worked as chief of staff to state Rep. Kitty Rhoades, R-Hudson, during the 2007-08 legislative session and state Sen. Joe Leibham, R-Sheboygan, during the 2005-06 session.
Hagedorn, a Milwaukee native, previously worked as an assistant attorney general in the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Before that, Hagedorn served as a law clerk at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and worked in private practice at Foley & Lardner in Milwaukee.
Murray served as policy director for the Walker gubernatorial campaign and played a leadership role in developing Walker’s job creation policy agenda. He previously served as chief of staff for state Sen. Randy Hopper, R-Fond du Lac, and communications director for state Sen. Scott Fitzgerald, R-Juneau.
Schrimpf most recently worked as director of political communications for the Republican Governors Association where he was the organization’s spokesman for the 37 governor’s races in 2010. Prior to that, Schrimpf served for almost two years as the press secretary for Gov. Sonny Perdue in Georgia.
Previously, Walker announced that his chief of staff will be Keith Gilkes and his press secretary will be Cullen Werwie.
