BSI moves headquarters

Building Service Inc. has moved its corporate headquarters from Milwaukee to Waukesha.

BSI will occupy a 61,000-square-foot building at W222 N630 Cheaney Road that has 16,000 square feet of office space and 45,000 square feet of warehouse space. It formerly housed Fuse Network, a division of The Marek Group Inc.

The company designs, builds and furnishes commercial interiors. It focuses on the healthcare, corporate, hospitality and retail industries.

“Our search for a new location began in 2012. We were looking for a centralized facility with easy access
for clients and employees,” said Peter Kordus, President and COO of BSI.

The new location includes a client showroom, known as “The Idea Center.” It presents new furnishings and design elements for commercial interiors.

BSI will host a ribbon cutting and grand re-opening for the space in 2014.
