Brookfield office buildings to be sold at auction

Part of a larger portfolio

The Watertown Road Professional Buildings, two, two-story office buildings located at 20700 and 20720 Watertown Road in Brookfield, will be sold in an online auction at auction.com.

The two buildings have a total of 23,149 square feet of office space. Their occupancy rate is 32 percent. Tenants include New Life Resources, Becker Audiology and the law offices of Robert Silvestri and Ellen Tomski.

The buildings were constructed in 1983 on a 2-acre site.

The buildings have a combined assessed value of about $2 million, according to Waukesha County records.

The owner of the buildings is an affiliate of Miami Beach, Fla.-based LNR Property LLC. LNR acquired the buildings last year from a bank that had taken them back from a previous owner, said Sal Strehlow of Colliers International, who is the listing broker for the buildings. LNR is selling the buildings as part of a large portfolio, he said

The online auction will be held from April 4-6.
