Brookfield medical office building sold for $10.4 million

Property bought by Hammes Co. affiliate

Elmbrook Medical Arts Center

The Elmbrook Medical Arts Center in Brookfield has been sold for $10.4 million, according to state records.

The 4-acre property and 52,700-square-foot medical office building at 17000 W. North Ave. was sold by Brookfield Medical Building LLC to HPIII Milwaukee LLC, an affiliate of Milwaukee-based developer Hammes Co.

Waukesha County assesses the property at $8.2 million.

Scott Jackson, listed as the agent for Brookfield Medical Building LLC, declined to comment. Representatives of Hammes Co. could not be immediately reached for comment on the sale.

According to a listing on LoopNet, three spaces in the building, totaling as much as 7,200 square feet, are available for lease. The building lies near the intersection of West North Avenue and North Calhoun Road. It is home to an Ascension Medical Group primary and specialty care clinic and surgery center.
