Chicago-based Brauvin Real Estate recently purchased the 19,800-square-foot Chuck E. Cheese’s building on a 3.7-acre site at 19125 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield, for $3.345 million from CEC Brookfield, according to state records.

The registered agent for CEC Brookfield is Robert Schmidt Jr.

The building is entirely occupied by Chuck E. Cheese’s, which has 10+ years remaining on its lease, according to a posting for the property on LoopNet.
