Brookfield-based Mortensen Construction has promoted Brian Tobiczyk to Senior Design Phase Manager I. Tobiczyk provides input and leadership during the design phase of multiple projects. In his two years with Mortenson, Tobiczyk has led successful design phase activities for We Energies, Kohl’s Corporation, and Kohler Company. He has 13 years of industry experience and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Bachelor of Science in architectural studies from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
