Brewers to dedicate new Dunkin’ Donuts location

One of 36 new Dunkin Donuts will host the grand opening celebration of its store located in Menomonee Falls at the intersection of Silver Spring and Pilgrim Roads on Saturday, May 14. Milwaukee Brewers Corey Hart and Manny Parra along with athletes from Special Olympics Wisconsin will be onsite for the event.
Hart and Parra will meet with fans, serve guests and raffle autographed items from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The players also will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the local franchise owners, John Costello, chief g;obal marketing and innovation officer for Dunkin’ Brands; John Dawson, chief development officer for Dunkin’ Brands; and other company officials.
The event will feature autographed sports bottles, Brewer hats and free medium coffee coupons for anyone who donates to Special Olympics. The Menomonee Falls High School orchestra will perform as well.
Dunkin’ Donuts will donate $3,000 to Special Olympics Wisconsin and two attendees will also receive a Dunkin’ Donuts rechargeable card valued at $200. The new restaurant is owned by the Milwaukee Coffee Brewing Co., a partnership of six Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees who together operate more than 370 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants on the East Coast and which will open the 36 new Dunkin’ Donuts over the next five years.
