Breaking Ground: St. Francis Hospital

Glendale-based Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare plans to build an 80,000-square-foot outpatient center that will focus on neurology services at its St. Francis Hospital, located at 3237 S. 16th St. in Milwaukee. The $27.8 million project is expected to be complete in September of 2012. The facility will house services for Multiple Sclerosis patients, rehabilitation, stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, a sleep lab and physician office space. The center will also have a clinic to facilitate infusion therapies for patients with auto-immune neurological disorders.
