Private equity firm Brass Ring Capital has announced it is recruiting new associates for both its Minneapolis and Milwaukee offices.
The firm, founded in 2004, focuses on lower middle market transactions in business services and manufacturing. They aim for $1 to $5 million in EBITDA and prefer Midwest locations.
The new associate would be responsible for sourcing and screen investment opportunities, creating detailed financial analyses, conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities, performing company, market and competitor research, monitoring portfolio companies and providing support for fund management activities.
